Adapt SUPPORT is a disability support and mentoring service based in Gympie, Queensland, working with NDIS participants, their families and carers. The organisation provides one-on-one support work covering daily routines, personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, appointments and transport, together with social and community participation through groups, classes and seasonal activities. Its team also delivers NDIS support coordination, specialist support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching for people living with mental health conditions or psychosocial disabilities.
Support is provided across the Gympie region and the surrounding Wide Bay area, and the team includes support workers, client service managers and administration staff drawn from varied professional and lived-experience backgrounds.
