Activate Community Services provide affordable and high-quality health care services to people who live with any sort of disability, whether that be mental or physical. By providing these services, we help to ensure that everyone living with a disability has the opportunity to lead a more independent and fulfilling life. Our goal is to provide support that meets the unique needs of each individual we serve. We work with the NDIS to ensure that the quality of our services is up to the highest standards.
