AccessPlus Support Solutions is an NDIS support coordination practice established in 2022 and based in Geraldton, Western Australia. The team helps participants understand, access and put their NDIS plans into practice, linking them with providers and community supports that fit their goals. Support coordination and specialist support coordination are offered, alongside psychosocial recovery coaching for people with more complex needs. The practice is led by Director Julie Bush, who has over 12 years in the disability sector as a special needs education support officer and a background in counselling, and the five-person coordination team includes members with lived experience of disability.
Coordination is arranged by phone, and the practice works with participants, families and support networks across Western Australia.
