Above and Beyond Life Solutions is an NDIS provider offering supported independent living, short term accommodation and respite, assist travel transport, innovative community access and community nursing. Its supported independent living support provides round-the-clock in-home care for people with higher support needs, including personal care, cooking and overnight support, with staffing ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 1:2 or 1:3 across houses in Darwin and Palmerston.
Short term accommodation and respite offers stays in an alternative setting for up to 14 days, alone or with others. Assist travel transport provides door-to-door assistance with a fleet of adapted vehicles for medical appointments, social outings and essential travel. Community access covers skill-building workshops, recreational outings and group and centre-based activities, while community nursing provides personalised health plans, medication management, wound care and health education.
Support workers provide daily assistance and companionship.
