Why are we different Engaging Activities for Support Workers to support Participants: We offer a wide range of easy-to-follow capacity-building programs designed for support workers to engage participants in exciting and skill-building activities. These include programs in cooking, exercise, customer service, and more.
Training for Workers: Our team of support workers receives in-house training on essential topics such as manual handling, incident management, and PPE usage. This ensures our staff is equipped with the skills needed to provide the highest standard of care. Communication with Guardians: We understand the importance of keeping families informed. That’s why we ensure daily communication with guardians, sharing photos and videos to keep them updated and involved in their loved one’s care.
Our Centre Our center offers 22 off-street parking spaces and disability-friendly facilities, including accessible toilets, ramps, and shower facilities. It features large, open rooms designed for various activities and provides direct access to the scenic Parramatta River walking track.
