Trained support workers assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility, plus daily routines such as meal preparation and household management.

Homemaking support covers cleaning, laundry, ironing, meal preparation, grocery shopping and general home organisation, scheduled around the participant's plan.

Companion care offers one-to-one social support, shared activities and accompaniment to events, with workers matched to shared interests; group community participation is also available.

Respite care gives primary carers a break for a few hours, a full day or an extended stay while support workers keep the participant safe and engaged.

Registered nurses provide clinical care at home, including wound care, medication management, chronic disease monitoring and support after a hospital stay.

Door-to-door transport helps participants reach medical appointments, work, education, social events and shopping, whether trips are occasional or scheduled.
