At 2b Inclusive, we believe behaviour support should never be about changing who a person is. It is about understanding the person, recognising their strengths, respecting their choices, and creating environments where they can thrive. We are a registered NDIS provider delivering Positive Behaviour Support and allied health services across South Australia. Our experienced team supports children, adolescents, adults and older adults, as well as families, carers, schools, service providers and support teams.
What makes us different is our commitment to listening before intervening. We take the time to understand each person's goals, communication style, relationships, culture, strengths and lived experiences. Rather than focusing solely on behaviours of distress, we recognise that all behaviour is a form of communication. We work collaboratively to understand what a person may be communicating and develop practical strategies that improve quality of life, increase independence, and strengthen participation in everyday activities.
Our approach is person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed and evidence-based. We work alongside participants and their support networks to create meaningful, sustainable outcomes that align with the person's own goals and values. We have particular expertise in supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and are committed to delivering culturally safe and responsive services. Our team includes an in-house Cultural Supervisor Aunty Colleen Lovegrove and is guided by respected Aboriginal Elders.
This guidance helps ensure our practice is grounded in respect, cultural understanding, community connection and self-determination. We proudly support people living with: • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) • ADHD • Intellectual Disability • Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) • Psychosocial Disability • Dementia • Huntington's Disease • Neurological conditions • Mental health challenges • Complex and multiple diagnoses • High and complex support needs At 2b Inclusive, we celebrate diversity and recognise that there is no single "right" way to think, learn, communicate or experience the world.
We focus on strengths rather than deficits and are committed to promoting dignity, choice, inclusion and self-determination. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, a family member, a participant or an organisation, our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality support that places the individual at the centre of every decision. Because meaningful change starts with understanding the person, not just the behaviour.
