Based in Frankston, Victoria, Grace Professional Services coordinates supports for NDIS participants throughout Melbourne’s southern suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula. We will accept clients outside of this region on a case by case basis. Our team has sound knowledge and experience in disability and understands the complexities of the NDIS. Support coordination is all that we do. We can work with you to find the right service providers to help you get the most out of your NDIS plan and make it as stress free as possible. We do not have wait times and can support you quickly. We are a proudly a fully registered provider of the NDIS. The team is led by CEO and Support Coordinator, Sandi Grace who has many years of experience in disability, home care and Senior Executive roles at a variety of organisations across numerous industries.
