elvesCARE provides assistance with Daily Living, to support you to live the life you choose. Our daily living support is flexible and customized to suit your need, goals, and outcomes. At home, in the community, at school or work, for business, health, or leisure, our friendly Disability Support Workers provide one-to-one support, seven days a week. At elvesCARE we also offer individual and group Coaching as well as counselling for people with mental health challenges.
We also provide Support Coordination to NDIS participants to help them get best out of their plan.
