Our private speech pathology practice offers two streams. Clinician-led adult and paediatric services with fully qualified speech pathologists. Student-led adult and paediatric services under the supervision of our highly experienced speech pathology team. Fees are set at a reduced rate to reflect the clinical teaching component. What we do assessment and care in communication and swallowing provide timely referral processing and response rate, including expedited prioritisation of all urgent referrals tailor care based on your personal needs and goals offer flexible service models: telehealth, in-person visits, hybrid options run education programs/workshops for families, staff, and care providers offer the choice of clinician-led or student-led services with reduced fees collaborate with the University of Melbourne to deliver the latest healthcare innovation Adults support in the areas of: oropharyngeal dysphagia, voice (dysphonia) & chronic cough, speech (dysarthria, dyspraxia), language (aphasia) & cognitive communication difficulties, fluency; alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) support participants with diagnoses including: Autism Spectrum Disorders; Intellectual Disability; neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, dementia, motor neuron disease, etc); oncology related conditions; age and respiratory related changes to swallowing (e.g., COPD); structural changes to head and neck anatomy; and many more.
