Our services include: • Support Coordination – helping participants understand and implement their NDIS plan • Specialist Support Coordination – supporting people with complex barriers and high-risk situations • Psychosocial Recovery Coaching – recovery-focused support for people living with mental health challenges • Allied health collaboration, including dietitian services where appropriate We take a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented approach, meaning participants remain at the centre of every decision. Our role is to walk alongside people as they build independence, strengthen their support systems, and move toward their personal goals.
