From the provider: Hi, I’m Madi. I have over 10 years of experience working across aged care, disability and mental health support. I’m passionate about helping people live independently, build confidence and achieve their goals while providing compassionate, reliable and person-centred support. I provide support with community access, transport, cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, appointments, daily living, social support and skill development. I have experience supporting people with a wide range of physical, intellectual and psychosocial disabilities, as well as complex mental health needs. I believe in treating every person with dignity, respect and kindness, and I take the time to build genuine, trusting relationships with the people I support. My goal is to empower participants to live life their way while feeling safe, supported and valued. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, gardening, going to the gym, jet skiing, travelling and taking on new challenges. I also enjoy relaxing with a good Netflix series. I love helping participants discover new interests, get out into the community and enjoy meaningful experiences that build confidence and independence. While I mainly support participants in Rockhampton, Yeppoon and the Capricorn Coast, I’m also happy to discuss supporting people in regional and remote areas where travel is required.
