My practice also integrates holistic techniques, including crystal singing bowl therapy, for calming the nervous system and supporting emotional healing. My experience includes complex trauma, mental health (mild to moderate), emotional regulation and behaviour support, ADHD, Autism and other neurodivergent profiles, working within school and family systems and creative and holistic therapy methods.
