From the provider: Xperi Health – Where Care is Personal About Us At Xperi Health, we believe that great care starts with a great team. We are a values-driven allied health and behaviour support provider offering personalised services across Sydney and regional NSW. Our mission is simple: to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that empowers individuals to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. We specialise in Occupational Therapy, Positive Behaviour Support, Psychology, and Speech Pathology, with a strong focus on trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and inclusive practice. Whether you're a child, teenager, adult, or older person, we tailor our support to your goals, strengths, and preferences. We work with NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants, and collaborate closely with families, support coordinators, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and meaningful outcomes. Our Services We offer flexible service delivery, including in-home, community-based, and telehealth options. Our services include: Occupational Therapy (OT) Our occupational therapists support clients to build independence in daily living, improve mobility, regulate sensory input, and access assistive technology. We also provide functional capacity assessments, home modification recommendations, and support with NDIS reporting. Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Our behaviour support practitioners develop practical, evidence-based behaviour support plans that reduce restrictive practices and promote safe, respectful environments. We work closely with families, support workers, and other professionals to ensure plans are implemented effectively and reviewed regularly. Psychology Our psychologists provide therapeutic support for trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex mental health needs. We offer a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to explore their experiences and build emotional resilience. Speech Pathology Our speech pathologists support communication, swallowing, and language development across all age groups. We work with clients who have developmental delays, acquired brain injuries, and neurodiverse conditions to improve their ability to connect and express themselves. Our Team & Expertise Our clinicians bring a vast array of experience across diverse areas of practice. We support: Children and young people with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, and sensory needs. Adults with psychosocial disability, trauma histories, and forensic mental health needs. Older adults recovering from stroke, managing dementia, or navigating mobility challenges. We understand that every person’s story is different. Our team includes specialists in forensic mental health, paediatrics, neurodiversity, and aged care. We match each client with the right clinician to ensure services are safe, effective, and meaningful. We also support clients with complex needs, including those with restrictive practices, dual diagnoses, and high-risk behaviours. Our clinicians are trained to work in sensitive environments and collaborate with guardians, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams. Our Values At Xperi Health, our values guide everything we do: Compassion – We listen deeply and respond with empathy. Integrity – We act with honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Inclusion – We celebrate diversity and respect every person’s identity and culture. Collaboration – We work together with clients, families, and support networks. Growth – We support our team to learn, develop, and thrive. We believe that when our staff feel supported, our clients receive the best possible care. That’s why we create a healthy, flexible, and caring workplace where clinicians feel safe, valued, and inspired. Client Care and Our Commitment to Excellence Client care is at the heart of everything we do. We don’t just provide services — we build relationships, listen deeply, and walk alongside each person on their journey. Every client is treated with respect, dignity, and genuine compassion, because we believe that care should feel safe, empowering, and personal. We strive for excellence in every interaction. That means: Tailored support that reflects your goals, preferences, and lived experience. Clear communication so you always know what to expect and feel confident in your care. Collaborative planning that includes your voice, your family, and your support network. Consistent follow-up to ensure your needs are being met and your progress is supported. Our clinicians are not just highly skilled — they’re deeply committed to making a difference. We invest in their growth, wellbeing, and professional development so they can bring their best to every session. When you work with Xperi Health, you’re supported by people who love what they do and care deeply about doing it well. We also understand that excellence means being responsive. We adapt to changing needs, offer flexible service delivery, and work hard to remove barriers to access. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, recovering from injury, or managing long-term challenges, we’re here to help you move forward with confidence. Excellence isn’t just a goal — it’s our standard. We continuously review our practices, seek feedback, and improve our systems to ensure every client receives the highest quality care. Success Stories We’ve seen real impact through our Occupational Therapy and Positive Behaviour Support services: A child with autism and anxiety now independently manages morning routines after six months of OT. A young adult with a history of self-harm has significantly reduced incidents through a PBS plan co-designed with their support team. An older person recovering from stroke regained confidence and mobility through targeted OT interventions, allowing them to return home safely. A teenager with complex trauma and sensory processing challenges now engages in school and social activities with support from both OT and PBS clinicians. A client with restrictive practices transitioned to a safer, more empowering environment through collaborative PBS planning and staff training. These stories reflect our commitment to real outcomes, not just service delivery. Why Choose Xperi Health Experienced clinicians with specialist knowledge across forensic, paediatric, and aged care.
