Whether you need to get to an appointment, shops or a social activity, we have your travel needs covered. Social and Community Participation - Our Social Support services focus on encouraging participants to maintain their independence whilst assisting them with partaking in social and recreational activities they might need help with. Whether that is going to visit family or friends, going to an art class, or a range of other activities, Your Personal Carer is here to support you so you get the most out of life. Domestic Assistance - Our Domestic Assistance service aims to give participants relief from daily chores and to help lighten the load. We can help with a variety of household tasks from cleaning, washing dishes, laundry and ironing. Meal Preparation - Maintaining a healthy diet with food that is nutrient rich to give your body what it needs to function is essential. We understand that meal preparation to create delicious, healthy food can be challenging. We are here to help alleviate this through our Meal Preparation Services.
