Finding the right NDIS provider takes three simple steps — search, compare, and connect.
Step 1: Search by Service or Location
Start by entering the type of support you need — such as occupational therapy, plan management, or supported independent living — along with your suburb or postcode. Our search filters let you narrow results by delivery method (in-person, telehealth, or group), age group, languages spoken, and disability specialisations.

Step 2: Compare Provider Profiles
Each provider has a dedicated profile page with key details including services offered, coverage areas, contact information, NDIS registration status, and where available, ratings and reviews from other participants. This gives you enough information to shortlist providers before making contact.
Look for providers with a verified badge — this means their ABN and registration details have been confirmed by our team. Verified providers are more likely to have accurate and up-to-date information.
Step 3: Connect and Get Started
Once you have found a provider that looks like a good fit, you can contact them directly via phone, email, or their website — all linked from their profile. If you would prefer a guided introduction, use the Connect With a Provider feature and one of our team will help match you based on your specific needs and plan goals.
There is no cost to participants for using NDIS Provider Finder. Search as many times as you need, compare providers side by side, and take your time making the right choice.
