So it is really helpful as a means of calming the nervous system and reducing stress and depression. I begin the process with an initial consultation to find out what existing conditions we are dealing with, what your goals are and what movement therapy you have previously done. My service can be provided through one on one sessions face to face, through joining my existing classes as listed on my website, or we can organise zoom catch ups and do our sessions online. It is a gentle and non invasive therapy that is suitable for most people even those with limited mobility. I have worked with a wide age group and with many conditions with great results.
