My particular focus is on comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments and NDIS reporting, alongside ongoing therapy. Comprehensive NDIS Assessments A well-written assessment can be the difference between funding that fits your real life and funding that falls short. I provide: Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) — for plan reviews, NDIS access requests, and changes in circumstances SIL and SDA Assessments — detailed functional evidence for housing application Sensory profile assessments — using validated tools (Sensory Profile-2, PEDI-CAT, BRIEF-2, COPM) What makes my reports different: they're written in plain English, every recommendation is linked to a specific NDIS goal and justified against reasonable-and-necessary criteria, and they're delivered within 3-4 weeks of the assessment session — not the 6-8 weeks that's typical elsewhere.
