We can provide short term services, through to 24 hour support, every day. You can select any or all of our support services which include, support coordination, supported independent living, plan management, respite care, community participation, assistance with daily personal activities, attendant care, community nursing care, assistance with travel and independent living options. Additionally, we offer a range of Allied Health services including Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Occupational Therapy. Felicity Holistic Care currently provides services throughout the Greater Geelong region, Western Melbourne, Inner West and Inner North Melbourne, Northwest Victoria, including Ballarat and Shepparton. Offices are located in Werribee (Head office) and Geelong, alongside two Allied Health clinics in Hoppers Crossing.
