We currently have a team of approx. 25 skilled and compassionate staff who are passionate about providing the highest standard of care. Our staffing group is made up of experienced males and females of varying ages. Each member of our team undergoes a thorough recruitment process, including background checks and specialised training, to ensure they meet the highest standards of professionalism and care. Staff qualifications include but are not limited to manual handling training, peg feed training, medication training, first aid CPR and suctioning for tracheostomy. Our Experience with Participants We have extensive experience working with a diverse range of participants, including those diagnosed with severe acquired brain injury, spastic quadriplegia, non-verbal and non-ambulatory, developmental delay and conditions such mental health conditions, Dravet Syndrome, Hunter McAlpine Craniosynostosis, Down Syndrome, Psychosocial Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy and Autism to name a few.
