Coordinators help participants understand their NDIS plan and connect with services and resources in their community, with a dedicated support coordinator on the team.

Individual care plans for medical needs, including administering medication and managing chronic conditions, from a team that includes a registered nurse.

Transport to appointments, events and activities, with a per-kilometre fee and any parking costs met by the participant.

Job coaching and support for people with disability or other barriers to find and keep employment, plus help to take up volunteering in the local community.
