ABOUT US Who we are: We are an independent support coordination provider born out of the passion of 3 women wanting something better for individuals and families. We are committed to supporting people to navigate and be in control of their NDIS supports. We are a diverse team that include people with lived experience and, professional practitioners in the disability sector. Accessing the NDIS can at times feel complicated and our aim is to provide you with the knowledge and pathway to allow for smooth access to your ongoing supports – when and how you need it.
