Waymaker Pathways is an NDIS provider based in Western Sydney, built by people who've worked alongside those with complex support needs. We support people of the diverse communities of Western Sydney, particularly those with complex and multiple support needs. Our approach is straightforward: we show up consistently, we listen first, and we build support around the person — not around the plan. Founded by Joe Surace and Leo Pintos — with backgrounds spanning youth mentoring, disability support, and juvenile justice — Waymaker Pathways exists because we've seen what happens when people are treated like a task. We do things differently.
