Virtuous Care Services is a family-owned NDIS provider based in Dalyellup, Western Australia, delivering in-home and community-based support across the Peel and South West regions, including Mandurah, Bunbury, Donnybrook and Busselton. The team combines registered nurses and support workers with hospital, aged care, community and disability experience, and offers community nursing, personal care, household tasks, travel and transport, social and community participation, supported independent living, and short and medium term accommodation.
Nursing supports include medication and diabetes management, wound and stoma care, PEG feeding, catheter care and palliative care, while personal care can be provided around the clock in the participant's own home. Supported Independent Living is delivered in accessible shared homes for up to three people, with overnight assistance and nursing staff on call.
