We're here to help! At Uplift Exercise Physiology, our mission is to inspire health and quality of life, through exercise and education. We are a uniquely mobile service provider that specialises in helping NDIS participants achieve their goals. We are NDIS registered. We are a local Newcastle/Hunter based company. We help people in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens. We specialise in providing home exercise programs, hydrotherapy programs and gym based exercise programs specific to the needs of the participant. We have male and female Exercise Physiologists to suite the needs of the participant.
