TriCare Services is a NDIS registered Disability Services Provider. We are based in Coolaroo and currently provide a wide range of supports within the North and West Melbourne suburbs, but we have capacity to service all areas of Melbourne. TriCare supports a wide range of People with a Disability, including those with physical disability, intellectual disability, autism and asperger’s syndrome, psychosocial disability, downs syndrome etc.. TriCare specializes in supporting Participants requiring high intensity complex medical supports.
TriCare also specialises in SIL Provision, and at present we have several properties where we are providing SIL services for Participants with high physical supports. Outside of the specializations above TriCare offers the full range of Core supports such as community access, in home support, life stage transition, education and employment supports and travel training. TriCare also provides Capacity building supports, such as Support Coordination, Physiotherapy, Community Nursing Care and Occupational Therapy.
