Thrive Specialist Support Coordination & Recovery Coaching is an NDIS provider offering support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching and social work support to participants of all ages. Level 2 coordinators explain plan funding and budgets, help participants find and connect with local services, and prepare for plan reviews. Level 3 specialist coordinators work on complex situations, addressing barriers across health, education, justice and housing and coordinating the stakeholders involved.
Recovery coaches, some with lived experience of mental health challenges, help participants build decision-making skills and develop recovery and crisis management plans. Social work support covers therapeutic and mental health work with individuals and groups, behaviour support planning, life transitions and help accessing employment or study. Team members hold social work qualifications at Masters level and live in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, with support delivered in person at home or in the community.
