Thrive@Life Services is an independent NDIS provider based in East Devonport, Tasmania, supporting people with disabilities along the North West Coast. It began in 2015 when two mothers sought better supports for family members facing daily challenges, and has since grown into a team that provides 24/7 support in people's own homes and in the community. Supports include assistance with daily personal tasks, life skills and transition programs, community and social activities, transport to appointments, home and domestic help, short-term accommodation, and positive behaviour support for people living with trauma or mental health concerns.
Each participant's program is tailored to the individual.
