Tessellate Support Services is a not-for-profit, NDIS registered provider based in South Hobart that supports people with developmental needs across Greater Hobart, Tasmania, including autism, FASD, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities and ADHD. Its staff work closely with each client and their care community on everyday living, personal care, household tasks, shopping and transport to appointments, and on social connection such as catching up with family and friends, attending shows and events, and getting involved in a sport or hobby.
Support also covers work experience, volunteering, training and education and support at work, together with life skills including learning to drive, using public transport, attending a course, money skills and budgeting, and cooking and cleaning. Tessellate operates a fleet of modern vehicles with safety and security features and reinvests its surplus into its supports.
