Super Squad is an NDIS registered disability service provider based in Rockingham, Western Australia, with a second office in Mandurah. It delivers Supported Independent Living in shared homes, support coordination, respite and short-term accommodation at Nella Farm in Wellard, school holiday programs and weekly social programs for children and adults. Supported Independent Living placements are offered in Halls Head, Lakelands and Calista, with assistance matched to each resident and shared homes arranged so housemates are well suited.
The school holiday and Socialites programs are group-based outings with one-to-one support attached to each participant. The team includes a chief executive, managers covering operations, finance, people and culture, compliance and support services, and a registered nurse who provides clinical support.
