I work here for digital support employment. Fair pay for a disabled person (myself) and learn lots of new skills with nice workers helping to build new skills and the bonus is you get to learn skills you want to learn.

The digital supported employment program has been great for me to practice my content creation with one on one tailored support, a choice of hours and topics to cover. You get a mix of activities, daily tasks and customised programs based on your skills, interests or talents, you can request a topic. If you’re an NDIS participant looking to work from home and make content for the company and get tailored support for your goals, this is it!

I have now been with Sunshine Home Support for almost a year, and I am still learning and growing with every session. I genuinely look forward to my sessions each day because they give me a real sense of purpose and motivation in my life. Over the past year, I have become much more confident using Canva and am now learning more advanced techniques such as creating reels and designing presentations. It has been amazing to see my confidence grow through consistent support and encouragement. I have also started learning basic philosophy with Sunshine Home Support, which has become a real interest of mine and has inspired me to want to start reading books on the subject. This new motivation has even encouraged me to focus more on my health and wellbeing, and I have now found a Personal Trainer to train with each week. Thank you Sunshine Home Support for making such a positive difference in my life. Your support, encouragement, and belief in me have helped me grow in confidence, creativity, and motivation in ways I never expected.

I've been having an amazing time working with this NDIS provider for some time now. I've been a supported employee of theirs for over half a year and loving! Coach Ramon and Coach Mike do such an excellent job running the S.E. sessions. Not only do we have a lot of fun watching movies and sports matches together, but we get a lot of work done with the tasks they give me, and they're evening helping me establish my own microenterprise. Leni is also a fantastic manager to have and has been looking after me very well, while some of the other support staff and admin officers like Kezia, Christine, Famela, Hazel and Melai have also contributed to a supportive healthy online environment to be involved in. I highly recommend all other NDIS participants to apply to Sunshine Home Support and receive services from them!
