We are focused on the participant and their family and strive to provide the very best levels of support services to our clients. We do not aim to be the biggest or have the most clients, we value quality over quantity, we match our staff with the right clients to create long lasting relationships, which work for both our support workers and the participant and their family.
The main reason we established Springwell Support Services is we have a family member with a disability, and we wanted to help other families in similar situations to ourselves. We believe was can make a difference for our participants and we can help them reach their goals and grow with us to achieve great outcomes.
