Accommodation in the provider's residential facilities, with support arranged around the participant, covering medium-term accommodation, supported independent living and specialised disability accommodation.

Level 2 and level 3 support coordination to work through complex barriers and help participants access and use their support plans and the myplace portal.

Specialist level 3 support coordination for participants facing complex barriers, working alongside other providers so supports are delivered as one plan.
