These include: NDIS application services: We help our participants apply for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for free.
We assist them with filling out the forms, gathering evidence, and preparing for the planning meeting. Daily support services: We help our participants with their daily activities, such as personal care, household tasks, medication management, and transport. In-home care: We provide support for our participants to live independently in their own homes. We offer respite care, overnight care, and live-in care as needed. Community access: We help our participants access the community and participate in social, recreational, and educational activities.
We also support them to develop their skills and interests. Other support services: We tailor our services to suit the individual needs and goals of our participants. We can provide support for complex needs, mental health, behaviour management, and more. Network of other providers: We have a network of other providers that can offer additional services to our participants, such as cleaning, coaching, mowing, and more.
