Hello, my name is Lydie. I am a business partner under the umbrella of SIRV Queensland. I have had the privilege to supporting individuals for 15 years. We believe in empowering individuals, creating an inclusive opportunity and a homelike environment for people with disability. Our goal is to support individuals to live a fulfilling and meaningful life in their community. We proud ourselves to partner with individuals and their families to promote and sustain independence and self-confidence of the individual by creating a tailored support.
When I completed my bachelor’s in nursing, I realised that my passion was more than treating conditions. My passion was about caring for the whole person, about making a difference in people lives, delivering a person-centred support to everyone, ensuring each participant receives a compassionate and individualized care that honours their dignity and values their uniqueness. I am committed to creating an environment where people with disability or complex care can live independently as they would choose to, they will maintain healthy and strong relationships and stay connected to the community.
My passion is to see each participant I provide support to meet their goals by designing a tailored solution that would enhance quality of life and promote independence. I believe in supporting individuals to reach their full potential, respecting their choices and fostering a sense of dignity.
