Support coordination with one dedicated coordinator who reviews the NDIS plan and goals in plain language, compares providers and coordinates supports on the participant's behalf.

Specialist support coordination for complex situations, coordinating multiple providers and systems such as disability, health, housing, education and justice, with one coordinator throughout.

Psychosocial recovery coaching at the participant's pace, with goals set in their own words, practical help with everyday life and support navigating mental health services and the NDIS.

Disability support workers for in-home personal care, meals, cleaning and mobility, community access and social outings, and coaching in everyday life skills such as money, transport and communication.

Farm days of at least three hours at Diggers Rest, with ground-based activities such as grooming and guiding horses on foot, feeding the animals, moving hay and stable work, shaped around participant goals.

Ground-based equine-assisted therapy and learning led by a developmental educator, including grooming and caring for a horse, guiding a horse through a course and observing horse behaviour.
