How do we do this? • We hire and train our employees to be coaches rather than caretakers. • We encourage participants to take calculated risks.
• Participants gain more independence and require less support in the future. We provide services in English, Dari, Farsi, Urdu, Hindi & Punjabi. As part of our core values, we provide the best person-centred care to our clients. If we are unable to provide suitable support to someone due to lack of staff or capabilities, we refer them to someone who may better assist.
