Right at Home Padstow St George provides disability support service in the Padstow St George Area Right at Home’s mission is to ‘Improve the Quality of Life for Those we Serve’ and we do this with the Right Approach™, the Right People™, and the Right Services™. Our approach is to ensure that participants are listened to, their goals are built into the care approach or care plan and the care and support is delivered by trained, screened and insured support workers who are employed by our office and who are supervised by care managers.
The care and support Right at Home delivers is frequently reviewed and altered, to improve outcomes as needed. Our disability support is flexible and personalised. Our nursing and support workers come to your home to provide you or your loved ones with domestic assistance, or personal care including clinical and complex nursing, We also provide transport for participants to get out into the community to connect with their support network. Our support workers also provide companionship support by spending time with our clients in indoor or outdoor activities.
