At Right At Home, we are geared to providing people with excellent service where the people we support have the opportunity to direct their service as they see fit. We are able to support the elderly and their families, people living with mental disability or physical disability. We do not charge case management fees to individuals with HCP funding allowing them to utilise their funding in support services as much as possible, or in assistive equipment/technology if they see fit.
We have an excellent pool of support staff that have been screened and have the relevant qualifications and training to provide the best possible care. Our management team are fastidious in term of skills and personality matching to each individual under our care. We have excellent communication timing where each call and email will be replied to and answered to within a a couple of hours! Our phones and emails are always attended to by one of our staff members.
