Personal care and daily living support at the participant's home: showering, dressing, grooming, transfers and hoisting, medication prompting and meals. High-intensity tasks are delivered by task-trained workers supervised by registered nurses.

Household tasks including general cleaning, laundry and ironing, changing bedding, bins, meal planning, grocery shopping and meal preparation. Workers complete the task, work alongside the participant, or prompt and supervise.

Supported independent living in shared or individual homes, including high-intensity SIL with active overnight staffing, plus specialist disability accommodation, daily tasks in shared homes and tenancy assistance.

Planned respite, short term accommodation and emergency stays in staffed homes, plus medium term accommodation for up to 90 days while a long-term home is arranged.

Transport to appointments, education, work and community activities in a wheelchair-accessible van, plus travel training on public transport routes and timetables.

One-to-one and small group community participation: volunteering, shopping, sport, outings, cooking, swimming, art and music groups, delivered in the community or at a centre.
