Redfern Rehab is an Unregistered NDIS disability support provider currently supporting clients with mental health issues in the areas of Redland’s, Bay Islands, Cleveland, Capalaba, Mount Gravatt, Logan, South Brisbane and other areas within this locality. Our vision is to work in partnership with consumers experiencing severe and enduring mental illness to promote recovery, independence and positive health outcomes. We are flexible, person centered and responsive to our clients wishes and recovery objectives.
Redfern Rehab can provide the following: Support Coordination, including Specialist Support Coordination Psycho Social Recovery Coaching. Support with Medication administration Assistance with tenancy obligations Mentorship and Support work. We have undergone our NDIS audit and passed, so await Registered provider status. This means we will be able to work with agency (NDIS) managed participants as well as self and plan managed in the near future.
