Raine Care is an NDIS provider based in Baldivis, Western Australia, delivering in-home and community support to people of all abilities. Support workers assist with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation and daily living skills, and accompany participants to appointments, work, shopping and social activities. The provider also arranges supported independent living, respite, short-term and medium-term accommodation, and travel and transport.
It works with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants and is a registered provider of Catastrophic Injuries Support under the Motor Vehicle (Catastrophic Injuries) Act 2016 scheme. Founded by director Lorraine after more than a decade in the disability and community services sector, the organisation supports people at any stage of life, including those with physical disability, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury and complex medical conditions.
