Platinum Care Direct, we are a boutique provider of services to NDIS participants in Adelaide and some regional Areas depending on the need. With our unique approach and experience we pride ourselves on our services we provide to our participants with a vision to create an inclusive world, where everyone can be themselves and thrive. We will match participants to the best of our ability with the support workers for participants needs and have a huge diverse range of support workers servicing our participants.
Our focus is person centred practices and ensure that we are providing a holistic service that caters to that individual that is receiving services from us. We currently have capacity to support participants with Core funding, Social and Community Access, Mental Health and Personal Care with no wait times. We also support finding a place to live and the maintenance of that property as well.
