Planit Plan Managers is an NDIS plan management business operated as a sole trader, handling participant funding on the participant's behalf. It lodges claims through the NDIS portal and pays invoices for approved supports, either under a standing authority for regular providers or after the participant approves each invoice in the Planit portal or by email. The portal, used on mobile or desktop, displays budget balances, claimed invoices and invoice history, and participants receive monthly statements together with budget and compliance reviews that keep records audit ready.
Funding comes from the Improved Life Choices budget line, so there is no out-of-pocket cost. The service operates Australia-wide, and founder Gaynor Long combines accounting and statutory compliance experience with family experience of the NDIS.
