Plan Management by KonceptM is the NDIS plan management arm of KonceptM, an accounting practice based in Concord, New South Wales. Its team includes Chartered Accountants, Registered Tax Agents, plan managers and bookkeepers who manage participants' NDIS funding packages on their behalf. Plan managers receive and pay provider invoices, track spending against the budget, check claims against the NDIS Price Guide and report through monthly statements and an online portal.
Participants can approve invoices automatically, by email or by SMS under a two-day approval policy. The service also covers budgeting and financial planning, record-keeping, financial literacy support, and payment of non-registered providers within price guide limits. Registration can be completed within one business day.
