Pinnacle Care is a registered disability service provider located in the Northern part of Adelaide. Our goal is to take the burden off your shoulder and assist our participants to reach their set goal. We provide core and capacity building support to our clients. Our Services ranges from but not limited to ; Assisting with Activities of daily Living, Transportation to and Fro, Shared Living arrangements, Respite, Cleaning, Gardening, Psycosocial recovery therapy, Assistance with community inclusion etc.
We pride ourselves with the services we provide and there is no job too big or small. We are client centred in our approach and YOU will always remain the focus in all we do. If and when we are providing services at your home, though it is our work place at that point in time but we will always respect it as your home, uphold confidentiality and Privacy at all time. We are very accessible and can work after hours on request. Based on our Value and belief system, we are flexible with our rates, so if you are self or plan managed get intouch and we can see how we can assist in a way everyone can smile at the end of the day.
