Physio Focus are based in the Sutherland Shire with three clinics in Caringbah, Gymea and Cronulla. We provide specialised assessment & treatment for a range of injuries. We pride ourselves on providing a very hands on approach backed with the latest evidence based practices. Here at Physio Focus we believe a combination of “hands on therapy” and “specific exercise prescription” is the key in helping people of all ages and abilities stay active. We are a dedicated Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiologist rehabilitation centre, with a large and experience team that collectively have over 80 years of experience.
