Physio 4 Disability: Physio 4 Disability is a registered NDIS provider # 4[phone hidden] We provide a mobile physiotherapy service to adults and children (aged 8 years and up) on the NDIS. We travel all over Melbourne and surrounding suburbs to see clients. We specialise in disability and we only see NDIS participants. We have extensive experience in disability, and expertise in NDIS Report Writing including Physiotherapy End of Plan Report for plan review, Change of Circumstances Report and Initial Assessment Report.
We have IMMEDIATE CAPACITY and NO WAITING LIST. We do home visits and we also provide hydrotherapy or water-based exercises at the local pool. We see some clients at their local gym. We provide physiotherapy assessments, physiotherapy reports and one on one physiotherapy. We work together with our clients to help them achieve their NDIS goals.
