OnTime Plan Services is a plan management provider and family-run business started by Rod and Martina McNeill. It manages NDIS budgets for participants in Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia, checking invoices, advising on charges allowed under NDIS rules, paying providers and sending monthly statements. Participants approve invoices through the Entiprius Easy-Care app or a browser portal. Most staff have lived experience of disability and the NDIS, and the team works largely from home, meeting clients at an Eaglehawk office by arrangement. The provider has announced that it is ceasing services and is no longer accepting new clients.
