OFCS On Foot Cleaning Services

Argh what a frustrating and unprofessional service provider. Booked, cancelled day of service due to headache, rescheduled, no show again! Numerous excuses! Threatened legal action if I put a bad word out about her service!! Blocked me so I couldn't write a review. I wanted to give a small business a big job and was left with a disgusting taste in my mouth! Strongly recommend not using them!

Didn't turn up.

If you want to be let down an hour before they are meant to arrive and then told they can't reschedule for another week then good luck!!

She asked for a $50 deposit but Didn’t turn up. Didn’t answer any of my messages or calls until I posted on the local page ASKING what other’s experiences had been like as I became concern about her going AWOL with my money and personal details. She had it taken down (but not before others shared negative experiences) She then finally responded to my messages but only to accuse me of destroying her business and get defensive when questioned about her lack of ABN. I received messages from six other people with allegations that she either didn’t turn up, took their disposition and ran, or did a disappointing job. I had booked before my surgery and was keen to support a small business in the COVID climate so was disappointed by the unprofessional and evasive responses with many excuses for why she couldn’t refund me (I gave her my account details to do this... was pretty straight forward!). I had to block her in the end when it became clear she had no intentions of refunding me and as I’m still recovery from surgery (which she knew) and I had to take a break. I am now taking the legal route to get my money back.

This company did NOT show up 3 times! I re booked them week after week... and they confirmed in the morning and cancel in the afternoon!
